Refund/Replacement Policy for RetroFuns.in:

15-Day Return/Replacement Policy:
If you encounter any defects in the product, you are eligible to request a return or replacement within 15 days from the date of delivery.


Eligibility for Returns/Replacements:

The gaming box must be undamaged, and in original packaging.

All accessories and components must be included.

A video of the issue must be provided to support your return/replacement request.

Return requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery if the product is damaged/defective.


Refunds:

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, the refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued via UPI or Net Banking only.


Damaged Products:

In the rare case your product arrives damaged or defective, we offer free return or replacement. Please contact our support team immediately at 9266560339 (Call/WhatsApp) with photos or videos as evidence.

Examples of valid damage/defect cases:

Physically damaged remotes

Corrupted memory card

Broken cables


Replacement/Return Process:

Our support team will assist you through every step. Additional information or evidence may be requested (such as a video of the defect).
If approved, a replacement unit will be shipped free of cost, or a refund will be initiated.
Requests for replacements due to damage or defect must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
If an unboxing video is not provided for missing/broken components, we will only send replacements for those parts.


Shipping Errors:

If you receive the wrong item or if there's a shipping error, please contact our team as soon as possible. We will send the correct item and bear the return shipping cost for the incorrect item.


General Return (Non-Defective Product):

If you wish to return the product for reasons other than damage or defect, please note:

A deduction of 25% to 30% of the product price will be applied as an inconvenience/restocking fee.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.


Unboxing Video Requirement:

If anything is missing or broken, an unboxing video is required. This video must be made within one hour of receiving the package.
If the video is missing, only replacements (not refunds) will be provided for the missing/broken part.


Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at 9266560339 (Call/WhatsApp).
If you are unable to cancel in time, you may refuse the package at the time of delivery.
